Box 1 – Federal Reserve Form A‑3 & Russian Commission Record
Overview
Box 1 contains a small collection of archival documents that illustrate two very different facets of early‑20th‑century record‑keeping: * Federal Reserve Committee on Branch, Group and Chain Banking – Form A‑3 (1927) – a government‑issued record of bank consolidations, liquidations and reorganisations in Indiana during the 1920s. * Russian Commission Record (1930s) – a handwritten report from the New Archangelsk Committee investigating the conduct of Osip Savchenkov in Chukotka.The collection is held in the National Archives (PINAX catalogue) and is in the public domain. Комиссии, назначенной для допросения ею государственного душа о поступках Осипа Савченкова Учитывая из препроведенного при сию от Комиссии существенного душа, о противозаконных поступках амурского Капитана Осипа Савченкова на острове Чукотке, упорное запирательство Савченкова от ими ими по показания жителей начатого острова поступках, предлагаю Комиссии подвергнуть Савченкова всевопросу по всему вышеприведенному душу, сущим ему предварительно сего уточнения через Сенатчины, которое обнаружится Комиссия просит от здешнего Духовного Правления и о посредством в лице дочери, от возвративших причитающиеся ему при сию душа. 2. Ново-Архангельской Комитете. О раздатке и выдачи насаждества Усолович. Отмеченный в донесении Ново-Архангельской Комитета от 6-го сего Января за № 276, имущий по Комитете кредит и находящийся умершей бабки Катериной Усовой, сыну Николаю и дочери Марии Усолович, всего 395 р. дес. разрешенного Комитета, согласно коммуницируемому донесению Ея, раздатить на основании законов и выдать законными чисти по приказанию имущества, наимушенного. Декабрь 3. Ново-Архангельской Комитете От отправления корабля "Кадьяк" от Камфорного и на О. Сандвигский. Предполагаемый Корабль "Кадьяк" к отправлению под командою Г. Литовчина Фурцевина от Камфорного и оттуда к Честрович Сандвигскими, за счет, предлагаю Комитета отправить на Корабль сию от Камфорного к ташкинскому Агенству нашему, Г. Костроминтову, на продажу, 150 бочковых соленой росы. Согласно донесению Комитета от 6-го сего Января прошедшего 1852 года за № 80 поручено будет лицо Г. Костроминтову: сверх законтрактованных ими
