Article 4th. It shall be the duty of Duties of Secretary, the Secretary to make & preserve a record of the proceedings of the meetings of the Faculty & conduct the general correspondence. Article 5th. It shall be the duty of Duties of Treasurer, the Treasurer to preserve all monies acquired by the Faculty & to pay the same to the order of the Dean, countersigned by the Secretary, in pursuance of a vote of the Faculty, & to keep a full account of the same & make a report at each annual meeting, or oftener if required. Article 6th.
