OCR Text
To the Sheriff of Northampton County, his deputy or either of them in the town of Northampton within said county坐着。 By authority of the State of Connecticut, you are hereby commanded to summon the Ephraim Hamiliton Esq. of said Northampton, to appear before the Supreme Court to be located at Northampton within said county of Northampton on the 4th Thursday of January 1835 there and then to show cause if any she has why he may not be proceeding further. The foregoing petition shall not be received by any court at or near Northampton beyond 14. 1835. Chas D. Paynswell Justice of Peace Northampton County of Northampton 15th May 1830. This day at Northampton aforesaid, left a true & attested Copy of the foregoing Petition & Citation in the hands of the within named Hamilton Esq. Attest C.H.M. Curtis, Sheriff's Deputy Fees Brave to serve Postum 3 M. 15 Copy $0.52
