Waterbury in New Haven County August the 30th A 1758 then personally appeared the above Depenant and gave oath to the truth of the above Deposition the other party being cited but not present before me New Haven Sup Court August 1758 This Deposition was delivered into Court by the Justices own hand Thos Gittkin Clerk"}
