A meeting of the Faculty was heard at the office of the Dean. The minutes of the previous meeting were read at laid over for the next meeting. The Dean called the attention of the Faculty to the bill of Mr. Young for printing the Matriculating ticket, which on motion of Dr. McCloskey was referred to W. J. Mullen for payment. On motion of Dr. Chalmers it was solved. That the Dean be authorized to make such arrangements in regard to beneficiaries as he may deem best for the interests of the Faculty and the Institution. Carried on motion adjourned
