On motion adjourned to meet on Monday the 14th inst at 4 P.M. E.B. Cleveland, Sec. Apr 14 1462. Meeting of the Esculet at 315 Marshall St. present Prof. Lassell, Sample, Preston, Kerr, Scarell & Cleveland. 2nd. Preston in the Chain. The minutes of the last meeting were read & approved. Art. 11. of the By laws was taken up for discussion which resulted in a resolution & increase the Professors' fees by $500 for ticket & the graduation fee by the same amount. This action subject however to the approval of the Corporators. Art. 14. & 22 were taken up & adopted. On motion adjourned to meet on Wednesday the 14 inst at 3 1/2 P.M. E.B. Cleveland, Sec.
