The Minutes of the preceding Meeting having been read and adopted, Dr. Moseley tendered his resignation as Dean by reading the following letter to the Faculty:— "To the Faculty of the F.M.C. of Pa. Gentlemen— Be pleased to accept my resignation of the Deanship of your Faculty, which I have held since the 9th Oct. 1850 Respectfully yours, N. R. Moseley M.D." Phil. April 23/52 The resignation having been accepted, Dr. Longshore offered the following resolutions, which were unanimously adopted:— "Resolved that the thanks of the Faculty be and are hereby tendered to Dr. N. R. Moseley for the services rendered by him as their Dean. Resolved that by his urbanity and gentlemanly deportment towards the class and the Faculty, he has won the respect and esteem of the Institution.
